Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting operations and verify vouchers for payments and receipts.
- Control cash position and review related documents each day.
- Coordinate with banks and run accurate bank reconciliations.
- Verify production reports, stock counts, and related reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly production yield and review results with the team.
- Act as accounts receivable controller by preparing and checking aging reports.
- Supervise tax compliance and ensure on-time return filing.
- Close accounting books monthly and finalize trial balances.
- Produce periodic financial and management reports for review.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit.
- Work closely with head office finance team on reporting needs.
- Provide timely financial information to related departments and senior management.
