• Preference will be given to those with ship command experience or a strong commercial background in oil tankers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.E. Civil degree from an HEC-recognized university is required.
• M.S. in Construction Management or Project Management will be preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, or renovation projects in large organizations.
• Must have hands-on experience in managing HVAC, firefighting systems, and other building-related services.
• Must be able to manage large-scale projects independently.
• Experience in multi-story buildings, road construction, and dealing with consultant firms will be an advantage.
