Job Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Officer | Job in Kabul Afghanistan

Sales Duties

• Manage daily sales operations including inquiries, quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
• Update all sales activities in the CRM with 100% accuracy.
• Negotiate prices, delivery, and payment terms to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide after-sales support, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely collections.

Marketing Duties

• Develop and follow a 12-month marketing calendar aligned with product launches.
• Create and post daily content on WhatsApp Business, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Instagram.
• Plan and manage paid ads on Meta and Google, including A/B testing and retargeting.
• Send a monthly email newsletter and track open/click-through rates.
• Update the company website and manage SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, backlinks).
• Design marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and demo videos.
• Conduct market and competitor research and report quarterly findings.
• Organize trade shows, expos, and demo days, ensuring lead capture.
• Collect customer testimonials and project photos for marketing use.
• Track weekly marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills – Job in Kabul Afghanistan

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of combined experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in the electrical sector.
• Fluency in Dari/Farsi and professional English.
• Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Excel, Canva or Photoshop, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, ethical conduct, and time-management skills.
• Preferred: Driving license, ability to travel in Afghanistan, and basic electrical product knowledge.
